It's more or less an airport hotel, though there is golf nearby. Being an airport has its upsides - we enjoyed seeing the cabin crew arrive, then relax, then get ready to go back east again, all perfectly turned out. And it is likely that the hotel is maintained to high standards to avoid losing lucrative airline business - a form of third party endorsement if you like. Service was very friendly as you would expect from Italians and the food and drink good. Staff were knowledgable and helpful. Very nice patio with an enticing looking swimming pool (but see below....) We found it a very convenient base to start a trip to Italy, just a short ride from FCO. Central Rome was a 20 minute taxi ride away - c. 30 Euros, and there is a regular shuttle bus at 10 Euros per person, so it is practical for the City Centre

The breakfast was amazing and the smoothie maker was a lovely touch. The hot chocolate was sublime and so were the jams and gluten free biscuits. Staff were brilliant and could not have done more. They were ever smiling The room was cleaned everyday and complimentary water provided daily. Special thank you to the domestic staff who provided a clothes line and put our wet clothes in.e swimming wear etc on it, without being asked. The outdoor pool was lovely. I wish we had the time to use it everyday. I can't fault it. Thank you to Lorena for guidance with everything.

We needed a hotel that was close to the airport for our last night in Rome. The Sheraton was a great choice. The staff was definitely the best part. They were engaging, helpful, and aiming to please. Of course, their English was excellent. It was easy to book a car to the airport with the knowledgeable concierge. The outdoor pool area was lovely. There was a good energy there. There was live music, a bar, and outdoor dining. We enjoyed swimming and cocktails before having a truly tasty dinner outside. There was a chef cooking all types of fish on the grill. It smelled so good, most of us ordered seafood. A nice wine selection. Our server was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was also wonderful. We could order coffee drinks and the food selection was generous. Even a vegan in the group had no trouble finding something delicious to eat including pastries.

Clean and comfortable rooms, we stayed at the hotel for one night while traveling from Fiumicino airport and the location was good and short distance from the airport. The breakfast was great!

Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. There's free parking in Sheraton 2 which was very convenient as well. Staff is very friendly and efficient. I didn't have any issues, but you could see they were very worried about providing a good service.

Facilities modern with large pool area and bar, restaurant for finer dining. Room was great, king-size bed, complimentary water, tea and coffee which a lot of Italian hotels lack.

Excellent choice of breakfast from full English to continental, fresh fruit, pastries and yogurts, staff were all very attentive, and welcoming. Great start to the day. Our room was cleaned every day and clean towels provided daily. The room was spacious, and a very comfortable nights rest. We used the free Shuttle to the ‘Village’ where there are more restaurants off site if required.

This hotel is ideal for needing to be close to the airport. The Beach Bar and restaurant staff looked after this solo traveler with kindness and compassion. Executive room was spacious, bed comfortable and the pool area was fantastic with music playing and a really great vibe. Loved my stay.
